Please Note: You must ring this number to complain yourself. Complaints that go via a third party, or are passed to Miller-Argent or Council representatives directly are not always being recorded! Also, if a third party rings on behalf of several people, they are recording this as a single complaint only!

Miller-Argent are tending to neglect their responsibilities and leave the security staff to answer the telephones instead of a management representative who would actually be empowered to do something about it...!

So..., if you want to make sure that someone knows about your complaint, and that you are getting no response from the Miller-Argent 'hotline', ring Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council on 01685 725000; or if after 5:00 pm and before 8:00 am, ring the Merthyr Council emergency contact out-of-hours number, 01685 385231, and someone will deal with you directly.

If you get an answerphone on the Miller-Argent 'hotline' number, there will usually be a mobile number offered to you - please ring this as it will put you through to someone who can do something about your complaint there-and-then.

...and don't be put off by the '..only in an emergency..' message!
